We have the jackknife sofa on our 26bh. Dh had to sleep on it when he needed to be propped up due to head congestion, and he said it was comfortable. It is starting to tilt like the frame is bent, so it will be a warranty item soon.
No one has slept on the dinette yet.

I wouldn't imagine you could fit two adults comfortably on either the dinette or the jackknife sofa. I also doubt two adults could sleep comfortably in the full-size bunks, but my younger child and I are comfortable in the lower one when getting kids to bed at night.
