Water Leak

I have a 2014 31.5 RLTS and have a leak from behind panel in compartment where water, black tank flush, shower hose, cable hook up are located. Only leaks when city fresh water is connected and is slow leak. With access panel so small I can't really tell where it is coming from. Seems it may be compression fitting on rear of fresh water connection or fitting on rear of shower hose connection (maybe crushed o ring on compression fitting?). Can't get in to tighten the nut. Anyone else have this happen?

So it was the compression fittings on the back of the fresh (city) water and outside shower connections not being tight. Dealer had to remove the entire (large) panel that goes across the entire compartment to gain access enough to tighten them. The small hand hole access plate was not large enough to get in through.
