Our new 33.5 RKTS

After 20 years of Airstream ownership we decided we needed more room and went shopping. Hopefully with the same care we will get 20 years out of the new 5er..

Congrats and great looking rig. We have the 2014 33.5RETS and just love it. Make sure you go to a park close by the first time and use all its features. If an appliance is 3-way or 2-way, make sure you use it each way to be sure it is operating properly. We learned this after a few trips on the road identifying problems.

Thanks for tips....we have been playing with it in the driveway for the last couple of weeks and everything seems to be in order. Every time I walk by it I get this stupid grin on my face that won't seen to go away.

Thanks for the compliments everyone!

Dan

That grin that you have now is permanent and now you got it for the next 20 years. I'm only on my 2nd year and I'm happier than a pig in ***.

HappyCampers227, how do you like your 31.5 Eagle RLTS??? I have the same model purchased in Nov. 2013 and have been to Ca. twice and Wa. once with it and one local trip to Heber, Ut. and just over 5,000 miles on it and love it except for wear on the inner edge of both rear tires!!! I looked on thr recall notices on this forum and found info on the axles manufactured by Dexter and will be crawling under it today to check to see if they are D35 axles which are 2 3/8" versus the replacement D44 which are 3", the D35 axles are bending. Hope you don't have this problem.
