From all the forums I track the E450 with V10 will do great. You might want to post the size of your RV and what year it is for those who will want to chime in to the discussion. Your car weighs less than 5000 lbs which is most likely the weight limit on the RV hitch. Forest River upped their specs to 7,500 on their hitch which uses the same E450 vehicle base. You will want to stay in Tow Haul when you get into any hills.

I believe you will do just fine. If by some chance, you do feel too heavy, just ditch the dolly, and set the Honda up to tow on all 4s. Ditching the dolly will reduce weight, and sway.

I have the same RV. I also have a Subaru that I have to put on a trailer. Picked up a used 7,000# car hauler, aluminum. Car and trailer weigh in at 4,820#. Only made one trip so far @900 miles one way, and didn't know it was back there. You should be just fine with your setup.

I know you asked about a class C but.....When we had our 32 foot class A with a v 10 we towed our Suburban on a 22.5 foot car trailer with a combined weight of 8500 pounds. We made several trips from Louisiana to and across western Canada, and we went to California several times taking the way home and never had any problem. Never once were we short on power. You should have no problems.
