23B kiwi charging issues

Hi my husband and I just got a new to us 2001 Jayco Kiwi 23B and we noticed that it is not charging when we plug it in. We put a good battery and still no luck. Is there something that needs to be set or changed to charge the battery? It charges if we hook a charger to it, but the charging light doesn't come on. Thank you for your help.

Welcome to the forum!

Check the main 30A in-line fuse out near the battery. It's usually a little green plastic thing about the size of a 4 way flat plug. There is a fuse inside it under a rubber cover.

All the fuses seem to check out as good. Any other ideas?
