Finally getting around to testing out the DVD player to find out that they did not use an HDMI connection between Jensen and TV.

They used a cheap RCA cable.

Internet search suggests that in fact there is an HDMI output on the back.

Has anyone upgraded this connection yet?

Yes. Also connected tv audio output to the coaxial input of the stereo so over the air tv can be heard through the rv speakers.

Have been giving some thought to finding a way to connect the tv so that it plays through the rv speakers(6 total, A,B,C)....brain working overtime...how do I connect??...and is there an issue with the tv being 110V while the JensenAWM965 system is 12V????...I've looked at other post on here but confusion set in quick.

Most televisions have an audio out put and most stereos have an auxiliary input. You just need to figure which connectors you need.
