Magnadyne M4-LCD

We just recently had the Magnadyne M4-LCD combo unit installed. While traveling on a trip,(our first trip after having the unit installed) we experienced an issue where anytime the brake pedal was depressed the m4-lcd unit would cycle away from whatever screen you had the unit displaying to the backup camera view then after a few seconds the unit would return from the backup camera view. If lucky it would go back to the function you were previously viewing. At times, if we had the unit set to the navigation function it would go to the radio. Anyone had this problem or can direct me to a solution.

Thanks!

It sounds to me like the installer did'nt wire it up correctly I would take it back to the shop that installed it..

Same Problem

Kave & Lucky,

We have experienced the same problem with our Magnadyne M4 unit. Actually, we just had the M4 replaced at the dealership and are experiencing the same problem with the new unit. Has your problem been fixed? If so, please advise how it was fixed; the service department at our dealer is not familiar with this problem.
