Greetings from Upper Bucks County, PA

Good morning Jayco people.
We are currently shopping for a new tow behind. We have a pretty nice unit already but it does not fit our lifestyle.
There are a couple of Jayco dealers nearby and I like their offering so thought it might be an idea to see what the forums says about the quality and service.

Welcome to the group!
I just purchased a new Jayco about 4or 5 months ago and have really enjoyed it so far. It has had a few small problems that our dealer has taken care of for use nothing to big. Still happy with it.

Welcome. The JOF has been a great resource as we are new to hauling a TT.
We bought a Jayco in June after doing a lot of research and have no regrets so far.
Our dealer has always answered our concern's, and thankfully, there have not been many.

Welcome! As others have noted, a couple of minor things with our TT, but overall we're very happy with it.

I am happy with my Jayco, but not my dealer. If I had to do it again, I would have also researched the dealer's reputation more. I went to a nation-wide dealer so it could be that particular location in Kingston, NY. I don't know.

Thanks for the replies!

I really like the 28BHS on paper, planning to look at one this weekend. We have a pretty nice dealer nearby, Fretz RV.

My opinion from texas resident would be that an rv purchased in your area would at this time of year be better priced since winter is coming soon ? Just my two

We have a big camper show coming up next month and it seems to help with the prices. Beyond that I'm hoping they come down. It is a pretty popular item right now.
