New TT

Picked up the new trailer today. 2015 26 Bh Elite. Loaded her all up and sanitized the tanks.

90 gallons of fresh water was lots to drain out of the TINY fresh water low point drain. Is there a faster way to drain it?? The sanitation process took forever because of this. And wasted lots of water...

Congrats on the new trailer. We have never boon docked with our trailer so have never used the fresh water tanks. You could turn on the pump and turn on the faucets to drain it a little faster I believe.

90 gallons is a big tank. Just ordered a 23RB and disappointed that for 2015 they went to a 42 gallon tank. Oh well.

Enjoy the new trailer.

BNK190, If you have the optional elite package it would have come with the 90 gallon fresh water tank. 2015 they got rid of the swift line and made what used to be standard on regular Jay Flights now they are options.

Then you'd just have to drain the grey tank. Should be a lot faster than the low point drain.

Just to be clear, you actually have two 42 gallon fresh tanks linked together. The 6gal water heater capacity is also included in the advertised 90 which will actually be unusable water when on the pump. Nice looking trailer!

Common issue and haven't heard of any "modification" made by anyone yet to allow for faster drainage.

After spending the day loading the trailer and doing a thorough walk around without time restraints or distractions i took the trailer in for some repairs. 2 days old.
1) rear ladder was bent and looked like it was being pulled down and out. The dealer tried to cover this by filling in the gaps with sealant..
2) outside speakers didn't work. During my walk through we where inside and i didn't really pay attention to the stereo part
3) outside vent for the range/microwave doesn't open at all, no matter how hard i tried to unclick the tabs.
4) there was a screw hole underneath the gravity water fill. Looks like they decided to move the fill location 1/8" up and neglected to fill the previous screw hole with sealant.

Hope the trailer is fixed so we can leave for our trip on thursday.

nice trailer. I'm getting my 2015 26bh in 2 days. emptying your water into the grey/black tanks is fastest/easiest.
