The simple answer is NO.
The alternative is use the black water tank flusher if it has one. Or add one.

You could also run a hose down the toilet while holding the valve open. I always carry a non-drinking-water garden hose used only for the "dirty work" and would use it to fill the black tank of I didn't have a tank flush. At least it would be faster than just standing on the pedal...
I also keep a black 50 ft garden hose that's actually black so no confusion. I use it for the black tank flush as well as for sites that have sewer hook up but only want to drain gray until the day we leave especially if the sewer drain is further than were I want to park the camper.
