My convection oven does not reach temp above 350 degrees. Only one year old, but I just figured out why my food would not cook in the recommended time. Will Jayco replace under warranty?
I would initially file a Warranty Service Claim through your RV dealership ASAP....., but it will most likely fall under the Microwave/Convection oven manufacture's warranty (check their documentation).
We just recently purchased our Jayco. Absolutely love it!!! My convection/microwave is freezing up. The control panel will not work until I unplug unit and replug it back into reset. Anyone having problems and any suggestions on the problem???

Camping World replaced my microwave that would not reach temp. Yours sounds even worse!
