Norcold refrigerator freezing

Own a 2000 Heritage pop up. New owner. Just went on our first trip. Frig seems to freeze everything. Any suggestions? Did not matter whether it was loaded or not. Running on electric the whole time.

We found that the lower portion of ours froze everything. Try to find your cold spots. Cold drops. Then utilize the colder temps for products that can take it. Water, coffee grounds, meat.
