Kellys do you mean Branson, MO? If so, the vast majority of the BIG hills that your going to encounter will be the last hour of your journey. Between Springfield and Branson there are some pretty good ones, but Interstate 65 is great and you shouldn't have any issues with it. The city park in downtown Branson has some pretty nice sites and is centrally located to almost everything down there.
Happy travels.

Stayed at the KOA in Branson....it's out near the entertainment strip, shows, Silver Dollar City....trip from Little Rock AR north to Branson will have hills but should have nice highways.

Kellys, I just returned from a week of camping in Branson on July26th. As Jrmay25 said, the only hills you will encounter is the last 50 miles. That is, depending on your route. If it was me, I would travel I-35 north to OKC then I-44 to Springfield then south to Branson.

While there, we stated at the "Wilderness campground". It is near SilverDollar City. Great place to camp. Store, laundry, pool and shuttle service to SDC. Site #2 is a pull through and handy to everything.

You will enjoy Branson.

Kelly,
The bride and I stayed at the KOA in Eureka Springs for several nights. The park was beautiful although some of the pads were a little less than level. We found the city very nice. It looks to be about 50 mi from Branson (we didn't visit) so it might be a bit of a drive.

Kellys, we have camped at Coopers CG.....on Lake Taneycomo http://www.coopercreekresort.com/
Have reservations for Wilderness CG in October. http://www.silverdollarcity.com/wilderness.aspx Shorty Cox...thanks for the endorsement......it will be our first time there and looking forward to it.
Table Rock State Park has full hookup sights that are reservable....nice park.

Your rig should be able to handle the hills ok. Steep ones south of Springfield US 65 will be the challenges but it is 4 lane.
Enjoy Branson....lots to do/see.
