5th Wheel Jayco Factory Tour

We took an tour at the Jayco factory, learned a lot. We were amazed about the hands-on quality, attention to detail and family atmosphere. We were told 45% of the crew are Amish. Glad to hear the amish are back to work. They took to holidays that I'm aware of: One was when my 5th wheel was built and the second was when it was returned to the factory for repairs.

We took the Jayco Fifth-wheel factory tour during the Jayco International Rally in Goshen two weeks ago. Also impressed with the workmanship. We were also impressed with factory techs who came to the rally and completed complimentary repair work. I ended up getting a new power cord installed - no charge for parts or labor. We also toured a Keystone fifth-wheel factory while we were there and it was built in a very simialr manner.
