Anyone Know the Lug Nut Size Off Hand?

Was planning on going to buy a jack and lug nut wrench for my Whitehawk today. Does anyone know the size of the lug nuts the Jayco's? Are they all the same of different from trailer to trailer.

I have 15" wheels if this helps.

Stopped by the trailer on the way to the store and checked. Seems they are the same size as the leveling jacks. 3/4". Answered my own question :-)

Bought one of those cross type lug wrenches to keep in the trailer. And a jack and aluminum jack stand. Will have to keep some lumber in the trailer to make up the height. Frame is 22" off the ground not including suspension travel!!

Guess they're not all the same. I just double checked my lugs - 13/16" on my 264BH with 15" wheels.

The lug nuts on my 23B are 13/16" also.

Just looking around on Google and it was interesting. It seems the stud size is always 1/2" with 1/2-20 thread but there are 2 different trailer lug nut sizes... 3/4" and 13/16" I wonder why that is? If the studs are the same it does not make sense to have different lug nuts.

Here's one to make you go hmmm. Did you know that there are two series of hex nuts? The standard series and heavy series. For a 3/8-16 thread, a standard hex nut is 9/16" across flats and a heavy hex nut is 11/16". Usually the heavy series is used in structural applications and pipe flange connections. Heavy hex nuts are available for all SAE thread series. For me it just means more tools to drag along when doing pipefitter work.

Buy, a "X" type lug wrench that has four different sizes on the ends at Northern Tools or somewhere. I bought one for $13 years ago and have used at many times in many situations. Sometimes it comes in handy just to help a friend out.
