WOODTV8 and most others in town are great for putting stuff like this on their website and never updating the story. Unless you know someone who was involved in the incident we'll most likely never learn the cause of the accident.

I wonder if the MSP or Rockford Police would be a possible source of info.

You dont need a big diesel truck for everything
I think it is just less likely to happen with a "big diesel truck". I could tow my trailer with a 1/2 ton but I prefer the safety margin of a bigger truck. That said the very first thing I did when I got my "big diesel truck" was upgrade the brakes.. drilled and slotted rotors on all 4 corners and more aggressive brake pads.

true and even less likely to happen with an MDT but it isn't always necessary.

If the RV industry relied on people having to have a "big diesel truck" to haul campers the industry wouldn't exist. Simple as that.
