Question Washer/dryer

Has anyone had a washer/dryer combo installed in a new trailer by the Jayco factory and how much did this option cost? Looking into getting a park model bungalow 40fer which comes with hookups.

Thanks

Bob

Our Pinnacle came W/D preped and we installed a Stackable 24" Washer & Dryer.

We bought a Maytag front load Washer and a Kenmore front load 120 Volt Dryer from a Sears outlet, got both for about $750.

Very pleased with the stackable units capacity and performance, dry time is quicker than I expected for a 120 Volt Dryer.

There is a model called "Spendid". It's a Swedish washer/dryer all in one. A lady at our campground has one and loves it. Uses 6 gallons, takes up little space and when it's done washing, IT DRYS!!!! Camping World has them. Under 1K I believe. Putting one in my Pinnacle.

Our Eagle 5th wheel came pre-wired and plumbed for a washer dryer. We purchased a Splendide washer dryer combo from Camping World for under 1K. My wife loves it. Uses very little water and does a great job. Installation was easy. Carrying it into the bedroom was a little difficult as it is a heavy unit and is designed to "just" fit.

I had the Splendide Washer/Dryer stack put in my Bungalow 40FER and I love it. I had the dealer do it before I took delivery. The trailer doesn't come setup with a dryer vent so they had to put one in. It was $800 for both units and installation. :-D
