Have any of you reader replaced your factory TV antenna with a King digital TV antenna? I don't like the crank up and would like to upgrade to what I think is a better setup. What kind of issues in the change out should I exp?

I'm going to follow up with my own posting and share our experience today. I wrote the initial post because I was nervous based on a call from our service advisor concerning the electronics of hooking this up. However I'm happy to share with you that the process was minimal and that the electronics portion worked very well. In short the TV amp powers back to the antenna. Initially they were concerned that they would have to have power at the ceiling where the directional finder for the antenna is mounted. This is not true and in fact it only required one hour of service time for the whole installation! The bigger issue although it comes with the territory was at the footprint of the new antenna to replace the batwing was different in that represents of course always those concerns with changes on the roof.

We changed out the original for a King Sensar. As Stingray said above, took only a few minutes, no extra cabling, and basically doubled the number of channels (at least in my driveway ).

I recently changed out the wingman antenna for a King Jack antenna. Took longer to get on the roof than to do the changeout. Got at least double the channels over the wingman in my driveway. Everything went together very easily, antenna folded down with no problems. Now at campground where we could hardly get t.v. reception 4 wks ago, now getting 10+ channels with minor antenna adjustment
