What was the "ah ha" moment was when I ran a ground wire from the battery through the TT door inside back to where I was so I could assure I had a good ground, then the testing I did proved "illuminating". I could laugh later but it was pretty embarrassing having the family ready to go and waiting on dad to Fix it and having wires everywhere and a meter taking all those readings and some disguised cursing.

Over the years I have learned almost as much from my mistakes [maybe more] than from what I did right. Also have been remarkably lucky in not blowing up or burning down any of my $$ stuff. As I get older I have learned to be more careful since my mistakes have tended to be coming at an increased rate. I will be a DIY camper forever as I am basically to cheap to pay someone that was hired last week to do what I could have screwed up and figured out myself.

Keep on keeping on and looking forward to getting back on the road in just a few weeks.
