Hello to all, Since I am not camping for the winter, should I remove my battery and store it in my garage, or on a battery minder? Live in Sacramento

As long as you keep it charged and monitor the water level on occasion, it does not matter. If you have the power to run the tender at the camper then go for it- it makes life easier!
I miss my baby to much to leave it alone for long. I went out today and let the coach and the genny run for about 15 minutes. No need to tender here. I am the tender. Every weekend I let it run for just a few minutes and check it all over. I am fortunate and have a couple acres so it is on the property.

We removed ours if we weren't going to use it for a longer period of time and charged it in the garage. If you are parking your PUP offsite I would definitely take out anything that can be easily lifted or pulled out by sticky fingers.

I have had success (and the same batteries) since 2008. I winterize the 5er the end of November, pull the 2 - 12 volt batteries out and store them in my garage. Around February 1st, I reinstall them in the RV and trickle charge them a few days, then back in the garage till April. May not be the best way but this has worked for me and I haven't had to buy a charger.
