Can't find replacement tires

I have a 1992 Jayco 1006 Deluxe. It's sat awhile and the tires are rotted. Currently it has 3.50-12 4 lug tires/wheels on it. these have a 21-inch diameter and 1045lb weight capacity. I can't find anywhere the same tire/wheel combo. One tire dealer recommended a 4.80-12 that has a 990lb capacity. The trailer weighs 2200lbs so not sure if that will work. The wheel well is pretty tight so can't go bigger than 21 inch diameter.

Has anyone else had this tire issue with older Jayco's?

are you sure it is 3.50x12 and not 5.30x12?

X2 since they are rated at 1,045 lbs. And they are available at Tractor Supply.

I just brought a Jayco 1206 and the tires were not locally accesable, but I did find a website called eastmarine.com They have a wide stock of various sizes.

I am quite positive if you go look again you will find it says 530x12 which are very common and can be found anywhere(wally world,Vip,pep boys,tractor supply)

I just got two from etrailer. 5.30x12 4 lug for $66/each. They arrived within three days of ordering.
