Just a couple of things not mentioned already, I use a bottle jack to raise the trailer at the corners using 2X6 in foot long pieces as a base so the jack doesn't sink into the ground then lower the scissor jack to support that corner and move on to the other 3.
A 2 foot long 2X6 beveled at one end and then attached to a 6" length bevel to bevel making a ^ shaped gap and joined with a shingle. This allows stacking of subsequent 2X6 under the shingled "ramp" so that both tires (tandem axle) are on the same surface and wood chocks that grip the shingles gritty surface are not prone to slide.

I use a level on the back of the trailer, Another one we use was open the door of the trailer and see if it is stay in one spot. That was good enough for us.
If the fridge lit and you do not roll out of the bed you were good.
It your head was too high lower the front.

That must be where the term "Bubblehead" came from!

stable comes in two steps. First lower your stabilizers, second stop the wheels from rotating which is where most of the bounce comes from. I use x chocks for this purpose.
Exactly. I can back in and set up everything in about an hour. You'll never be perfectly level if you check multiple places. I check the refrigerator, stove top, dining table and the ledge by the back bed. Assuming all of those show the bubble in between the lines I'm close enough and move to front and back.

DW and I spent a few uncomfortable nights with the head of the bed too LOW! Our strategy is to never let that happen by watching the level and making the head of the bed just a bit higher than the foot.

I do check the bubble on the front of the trailer.
I can get the whole thing level without help, It is when the men want to take over is when things slow down. Here use this The power Drill As it ripped our arm off.
I will use the old stand by the crank

Ok wait for it
