New 2015 26BH

I have some issues with the storage... Lack of or wasted. I wish they would put me, or a woman, on the design committee.
-We have a cabinet above the dinette where there is two doors with with a panel in middle. A little hard to reach behind there to put anything. Has anyone removed panel?
-no bathroom storage! I hung a shoe pocket hanger. Big help
-would be nice to have drawers in dinette benches.

Welcome to the forum. Better off to open a thread in the Travel trailer forum with your questions/comments about the 26BH for more views and possible replies.

Welcome to the forum. That panel above the dinette is a new feature on the 2015 I believe. My 2014 doesn't have it. They changed that area for the worse I believe.

All in all, it's a nice trailer none the less. I have 3 children and we have no storage issues...

We have the 264bh which is a close cousin to yours. As others have said, there really is plenty of room once you figure it out, and you will find after a couple of trips what you can live without

New 26BH owner

My wife and I just purchased a Jay Flight 26BH (2015 model), so I am very interested to see how you address storage issues. We upgraded from a 2002 Coachmen Spirit of America 248TB. We actually wanted something smaller, but the floor plan and sleeping space was ideal. We should be picking up the new camper early this week, as well as dropping off the old one.

Welcome to the forum. There is a large front pass through and under bed storage and a generous storage area under the rear bunk with outside access on the 26BH.

Thanks, Crabman. We are anxious to get the new trailer in the drive. It will make a big difference on Columbus Day camping.

I need to post pics and will soon.
I put a shoe pocket holder on wall behind stool and it holds a lot of lil supplies. People complain about the hanging closets. I love them because we hang our clothes. Takes less space than folding and my hubby can't fold. ;/ I still wish one of the dinette benches had a drawer on the end for pots and pans.

I bet you could find a carpenter in Buhler or Hutch that could do a good job putting in a custom drawer. I moved to Seattle area from Hutchinson a couple years ago after living there for 10 years. I tell you, I don't miss the wind too much. LOL Seems like it's always blowing out there.
