267 bhsw

We sold our Jay Feather 165 sport after 1 yr of owning and 6 weekend trips camping. Wife, daughter and I agreed that if we want camping to be more relaxing, we needed more floor and bed space. What do you think? We really like it after a night of camping in our back yard testing all the features. We have really enjoyed camping with a travel trailer. We haven't traveled very far in our first year but hope to extend our range in the future.

Welcome to JOF

Very nice up-grade from the 165...., I'm sure you will enjoy the extra elbow room!

The pic in the OP's post looks like a 2015 267 BHSW, at least based on the following:

It is a 2015 and the W means 8' wide, a change for the SLX model. Thanks for the replys. After a second night in the yard, we like it even more. The "elbow" room is amazing coming from a smaller camper.

Tv's mounted:

Still need to tighten up the wires and waiting for an HDMI 90° to get the dvd player tucked tighter before hook n looping it down. Using antenna, dvd, and roku for entertainment.

Sony Bravia 32" led.

Emerson 19" with built in dvd for master suite.

Thanks Crabman! To all, for us it was between the 267 bhsw, 264 bh and the 28 bhs. Wife wanted the kitchen on the door side. I think that was a good call. Dual propane tank cover coming in white, and a spare tire cover in black. To be installed this week.

We swapped out the shower curtain, added some rugs, got an outdoor cook table and looking for a grill to hook to the low pressure side. Any suggestions? I have done some research but have not made a decision yet.

We do like TV. Thanks. 2 of our 6 trips were complete washouts so we figured a good indoor option was needed.

Spare cover on. Fits 27" tire great.

Camco vent cover. Had a maxair on the 165. Tried camco for the cleaning option. Easy install.

Hooked up for test drive. Dealer delivered to me. Pulls nice. Adjusted the camco wd hitch once. May need to again. Truck handles it well so far.

Have you made any more mods or adding anything since last post? I'm looking to purchase this same model. My husband wants the 26bhs but I don't need all the extra bells and whistles. Love the price point on the 267bhsw. Plus it now comes with black trimming and a black awning which I like a lot.

Just a few command hooks lately for coats, keys etc. Both sides of the entertainment center and beside the pantry on the bunk wall. Its coat season

How well do the command hooks work?
