Seasonal site near Charlotte, NC.

DW and I and our X213 are considering relocating to the Charlotte, NC., area. Is anybody renting a seasonal site in the area? If so, are you allowed to wash/wax the RV at your site. If you can't park your RV at your house, what do you do with it in the winter? As we were looking at houses in the area, we wondered if a seasonal site would be an alternative to being able to park the camper at the house. Right now we are only looking at houses that would give us the ability to park the camper at the house.

Why can't you park it at your house?

I'm just asking in case we find a house that we really like but there is no place to park the camper.

Also check with any housing associations and see what their regulations are before you buy. Many of them have their own restrictions and will not allow a RV even at the curb long enough to load up. Good luck finding a house that you like. That is a great area and do not be afraid to look in Virginia for some great camping.

Yes, we are aware of HOA rules and regulations. Having a whole new set of states to camp in is one of the reasons we are looking at relocating. Thanks for the response.
