2010 Designer Propane Tanks

Anybody find it difficult to re-install the inside propane tank? Seems like the tray doesn't come out far enough. I have to remove the outside tank to get the inside one back in. Any comments, or am I missing something?

On my 2004 Designer, the tray comes out far enough to pull only the rear tank. But in order to do that, I have to push down on the rear gas hose to clear the landing gear switch. If the hose hangs up on the switch (upper right hand corner), the tray will not come out far enough to get the rear tank out. If that is not the problem, then maybe there is something in the tray slides that is hanging up and preventing the tray from coming out completely.

I have the same problem. I just remove the outer tank to make it easier. This is the reason I always use the outer tank and only use the inner tank until I fill the outer one.

2011 Eagle is tight also. I rotate the tanks when re-filling.

Our Pinnacle is the same way, the inboard tank is difficult to get out.
