TV antennae

I was up doing a pre winter inspection of my roof and I noticed my TV antennae on my X17A is not sitting well on the roof. There are 3 rubber bumpers on the head of the antennae that are suppose to rest on the roof but it is the aluminum shaft that is hitting the roof first. I cranked it up some and the edge of it is really quite sharp. I put some hockey tape on the edge of it and hope that works a bit better. Unsure if they all sit like that or if mine is just twisted a bit but I didn't like the idea of that sharp edge on my roof material.
Might want to inspect yours
