I got one of those adapter things you can use to fill the 1lb. green bottles for my Weber, easy and more portable that way. Practically free to refill them and only takes a few minutes.

I just keep a few extras around to refill, you can get them for free (the empty 1lb tanks) at some campgrounds that recycle them.

Got the Coleman Road Trip XL.... It's awesome! Got the cast iron insert for it too... We love it.... Ready to go in about 15seconds and has two useful extendable side tables and doesn't need to sit on a picnic table with the built in stand and wheels...

Have two webber baby q's. One at home and one in RV. They are great grills, well built, and dependable. Just make sure you keep the top of the flame tubes clean. Once in awhile I need to take a welding torch tip cleaner to clean the gas orifices. Love the grill.

We've got the Coleman Road Trip XL too. It has some limitations - like that you can't really cook with the lid down beyond medium heat.. and the fact that the burners are close to the grill. If you're ready for those issues, it's worked great for us and fits under the RV.

I like the cost of the one that came with my trailer .....I also bought an electric frying pan to cook out side with for breakfast. I have recently brought a grill plate to use with the BBQ that came with the trailer and I can cook bacon in no time at all.

I had a Weber BBQ 100 and didn't care for it. I now have a Coleman Roadtrip and it works well.

My wife bought me a Road Trip LX for my birthday several years ago. We use it in the RV with the 1 lb throwaways and also for home use if the power goes out with a 20 lb'er. We recently traded for a Greyhawk which came with a grill and gas hookup but since I'm used to the Coleman I haven't pulled the other grill out yet to look at it.

My son purchased an LX earlier for camping and gave me some pointers to make life easier.

Glad to see some others weighing in that like the Road Trip. Thought maybe I was the only odd ball that liked it.

That grill is a $200.00 option. Enjoy!

I like the fact that it can be used with the stand, like when we lose power for a few days I set it up on the porch, or at a camp site I just set it on the picnic table. The side door of the rear storage area is just a little wider than the grill and stand so it's easy in, easy out.

Im going to be the oddball here, no propane at our campsite.

I cook on my Jumbo Joe charcoal BBQ
I cook a lot of our meals in a camping cast iron dutch oven. I have made everything from bread to rosemary roast chicken with potatoes and carrots. Oh and KILLER chili
I have cast iron skillets and pots to put on the fire for breakfast etc

Now my husband would LOVE a propane grill even though he never cooks while camping lol go figure

I have Char Broil grill2go. It sucks, I usually pay $30 for a table top bbq that last about 8-10 yrs camping, this one was $140, used it 6 times and the regulator quit. And the 6 times I did use it, it was not controllable, there was no way of making this go below 400'

I have a Cuisinart table top purchased 2 years ago from Canadian Tire on sale for 99.99 . Well made product. Works flawlessly and cooks like a dream.
Mind you I am likely different than most on here because I detail my BBQ each time after it is used and when I get home it gets taken apart and super cleaned. It is like brand new.

I do as well...that makes me very sad, as the Char Broil doesn't even look like it has been used even once! And I can't get a regulator here in Canada, and if I order it from them in the States, it will cost me about $90, and there still might be duty owing!

Bought a nice stainless steel tabletop one at Costco a couple of years ago. Still works great.

In don't take care of my grills at all so this one is doing quite well [emoji12]

I now use a camp fire grill and cast iron pots and pans. Just my opinion but nothing beats cooking over a open fire.
