Shore power after pulling batteries for winter?

Hello everyone! My first winterizing for the Whitehawk. If I pull the battery for the winter, will it hurt to still plug the trailer in to shore power for lights etc, in case i need them?

Just make sure your battery cables are not touching together or the frame.

NO - All of your 12VDC items will run just fine from the on-board CONVERTER/CHARGER unit that will produce your 12VDC source.

I have both my trailers parked in my CAMP BACK YARD on Shore Power from separate garage 120VAC receptacle circuits. Since they are always on shore power I leave my batteries in the trailers. No sense taking them them out if I have them on shore power being trickle charged all the time... I still check my batteries regular to make sure no fluids have been boiled out leaving them on extended charge.

A fully charged-up battery will not freeze up and bust under normal low temperatures.

The folks that have multiple 6VDC GOLF CART Batteries always seem to have problems getting them hooked up correctly again when they take them in and out all the time causing other problems...
