Keyless Entry for 2011 RLTS

Question-has anybody ever installed a JT Guardian-RV Guardian-Keyless entry on there RV.
I ordered one today and was just wondering if anyone has any opinion, good or bad, on this universal keyless entry system.
It looks slick, you just remove your old door handle and install the replacement handle in the same hole, its battery powered. All the componets for the keyless entry are built into the handle.
It comes with two remotes, is completely wireless, and you can even install a keypad so you can unlock or lock your RV without the remotes.

Welcome Back

I looked at those a while back and thought it was pretty neat, but have not used one in person. What kept me away was the fob - I really wanted a Keypad so maybe that is a new option? Did you get the pad? Would like to hear how you like it once it is installed.

Yea, I've also been looking at them for sometime. The lack of a keypad also kept me away. They just recently added the keypad as a option so I decided to give it a try. I'll let everyone know how it works when I get it and get it installed.

We thought about it but the controller is bigger than a key. We didn't get it.

So I looked out no the web site - not that much info there (or it is well hidden).

How does that keypad attach? It looks pretty big - does it just stick on the door?

Sorry I can't post any extra info yet ,as at this time, I haven't received the lock yet. Hopefully I'll be able to relay some good intell once I receive the keyless lock. It might be a big hipe but I hope not.
After reading on JOF a while ago about the 2012 Eagles coming with the keyless entry it planted a bug and I have been trying to find something that will work for me.
I even went as far as contacting Jayco but was informed, because of a special wiring harness, along with other factory installed issues, that the factory wireless entry was not a option that I could purchase for my 2011 Eagle from them.
Soooooooo I'm going to try this sytem. Hopefully it is as good as it looks on line.

Keep us posted. I find that the lock on our trailer still turns kind of hard. I doubt if a battery operated selonoid would pull the bolt out. With only one door I would really want it to have a key along with a beeper or number pad. Just my thoughts.
