Lubing the slide outs

Newbie question... I know I need to lube the slide outs... but what and where is what I need to lube? I have a 2011 Greyhawk 31FS with two slides. Thanks to anyone who can answer this basic question...

I am guessing the two geared tracks under each slide. However, I would apply cautiously as too much or the wrong type will end up on your carpet. I am thinking a light brushing of white lithium grease would do. The owners manual lacks information on this...

Nothing that can attract dirt. Dry silicone spray is all that is recommended at the most.

DO NOT USE LITHIUM GREASE OR WD-40.

Slide-Out Dry Lube Protectant

Protect All's Slide-Out Dry Lube is designed to do 2 jobs: lubricate and protect all metal parts of the slide-out assembly, including support arms, gears, and cables during long term exposure and in the most inclimate weather. The superior protectant quickly penetrates between and around parts displacing moisture and preventing rust and corrosion.
Wet, oily lubricants and thick greases collect dirt, road grime, sand, and salt that gum-up the slide-out mechanism. Slide-out Dry Lube produces a dry, waxy, protective film that keeps the mechanism clean, rust-free and operating like new.

Thanks for the responses. Does this mean I only need to lubricate what I can see underneath the slide out from outside of the RV?

Use Dry Lube- Slide out spray only. From an experienced RV'er at Camping World... He said get a big piece of cardboard to hold above the slide tracks when you spray them. Any lube that gets on the underside of of the slide-out will get on the floor inside your TT when you slide it in. The cardboard keeps the lube on the slide tracks only.

When you spray the slide out lube on the rails DO NOT RUN IT IN AND OUT right away... let the lube dry on the rails first...
