Hi,
I brough a new 26BH Jay Flight few weeks back.
During this weekend I noticed that one of the sides of the trailer was much lower than the other. I looked at the suspension and the bolts that connect the stabilizer and the spring were missing. Both of them, not only one. The complete set was missing, this include the two bolts and two metalic parts.
The stabilizer is simmilar of the one at the image below.
There are two shackle links that connect the stabilizer to the spring and two bolts to hold them together. They were all missing, the stabilizer was holding only the front wheel and the spring of the back wheel was touching the frame of the trailer.
I don't thing the complete set will fall down, do you think?
I believe they missed that as I remember that one of the bars of my dual cam anti-sway control (on the same side) was moving out of the place where it was supposed to be, going over the left side of the arm that hold the bar in place.
I will call the service department to fix that but I would like to know what kind of damage that can cause to the trailer (wheels, suspension, etc) so I can ask them to check other things. Do you have any idea of what kind of damage that can cause. I drove that trailer to 3 different camping grounds with the trailer that way (if this issue was there from the beginning).
