Finally! House sold...

We have a closing date of 11/28/11. Glad we started purging over one year ago. Still lots of "things" that need to be stored or given away. The only "wrinkle" we have before FTing, is a business opportunity that I committed to prior to selling the house. So, we will be wintering in the fiver here in the north-east. Probably until late spring...

Congratulations on selling the s&b. I finally gave up trying and rented mine. I have a little old lady in it with adult children in the neighborhood. She likes it and if I can't sell it, I hope she lives to the ripe old age of 100.

That'll be a cold camping experience!

Once all is said and done, where will you spend future winters?

In the future, we plan on the south west for winter. Arizona, Texas, maybe New Mexico... Although, we have never been out west. Pacific coast could be an option too...

Finished the mods on the thermostat and storm door. Now I need to take measurements for the skirting.

Feel free to post some of your mod pics over in the "Jayco Mods" forum, may give others some ideas .

Going to be a long winter here in the mid-west, we like to look at photos to past the time
