Looking for recommendation in Central NY

I will be starting my full time adventures this summer. I'm currently still working as a software support engineer and need to stay near my single customer until the end of October. I'm hoping to be out of my house by the middle of July or so and will need a place to park my new rig (I get my 29MVP on Friday).

My work is in Syracuse, NY and I would like to stay within an hour drive of downtown if I can. I don't have to be in the office every day but at least a few days a week so I don't want to be driving from hours away.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Congrats on the new adventure and, welcome to JOF. We tried finding a place near Syracuse that would allow us to visit a granddaughter attending SU but found nothing. Hope your luck is better

Two places I would recommend would be The Villiages at Turning Stone Casino
https://www.turningstone.com/accommo...llages-rv-park

Also Cross Lake Campgrounds:
https://www.tourcayuga.com/listing/c...6-rv-park/442/

Both within an hours drive of Syracuse

We have a spot on Cross Lake where we spend most of the summer.(opposite side of lake from the campgrounds). Not sure about extended stays at either place but give them a call.
