Spend Next Winter in the Keys

We will be starting our full-time RV life next Oct and were hoping to line up the camping spots to ease down to the keys from TN. Thinking to book multiple three/four day stops along the way then once in the keys, spend a month before heading back north. Has anyone taken this adventure in the last few years? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Just starting to plan. Thanks!

We've helped a few RV trip planning clients like this- bounce around Florida and drop down into the Keys. Finding uninterrupted time in the Keys in the winter can be a challenge. It's best to pick and area and just start making phone calls. The southern Keys are best known for their more partying atmosphere and the further north you go, the more peaceful it seems. Don't expect a lot of space between sites in most places and do bring big wheelbarrows of cash! It's not cheap.
