The Eagle has landed

Arrived Wed night at my snowbird home.. Looks like I picked up a snowbird mouse too... so far he has avoided the poison and sticky traps.

Seann, glad your trip went well. I assume it will be warm wherever you ended up. I'm sure the mouse appreciates it as well. Wish we could "snowbird" as we are getting a dose of winter reality here in Indiana this weekend.

Seann, I'm glad you had a smooth trip. Sorry I couldn't meet you at Vidal. I guess that Dmax ran faster than you anticipated. Thursday would have been great.

Seann, first time snow birding. Left Nov. 8. Chased by this polar vortex thing. Northern Cali right now - still going somewhere South. Tied my snow shovel to the front of the truck and as soon as someone says, "what's that?" - we will stop for a while and wander aimlessly.

Clutch, because we are wandering aimlessly and have no plan I don't know if we go North through Parker yet. Will be North for Christmas then back in 2015. Maybe then, regards, Dave.

ps started in Secret Cove,BC - now near Indio, Ca.

Just don't go thru St. Louis right now. Not the best of times in our fair city.
