Two Months Fulltime Today

We have been fulltiming 2 months today.
It has been great, only a couple of minor problems with our Pinnacle during our first two months of use.
Hot Water heater electric operation thermostat failed (Had to run on LP), dealer replaced thermostat and unit has worked fine.
Had a problem with the curbside slide operation, dealer adjusted slide, no problems since.
Other than a couple of Halogen bulbs in the ceiling lights blowing so far no other issues.
I am slowly changing the Halogen ceiling bulbs over to LEDs, they run much cooler, use less power and should last a lot longer. (We have 27 of the Halogen ceiling lights)
We have not missed our S&B too much and are getting used to living with much less stuff in a smaller space, we sure are enjoying our new freedom and low stress lifestyle.
We heading to Disney's Fort Wilderness on Tuesday 1/10 for about a month then sometime in Feburary will be heading to the North Houston Texas area for a month or so.

Don't let my DW see that camping sign or I know what will be next on her "I want" list!

Our Daughter and SIL suprised us with the sign for Christmas, we thought it was a pretty neat sign.

Oh it for sure is.... one of the nicest signs I have seen. If you do happen to find out where they got it, please post the info. I am sure I am not the only one who'd be interested in getting one. Thank you

Time really flys when living in a camper. It is hard to believe that this is our 9th month in ours since we bought it a year ago this week.

Any regrets from a foundation home to FTing?

I can't answer for Rob_Fla, but, my wife and I have not missed our sticks & bricks (3 months FTing and counting). I highly recommend it!

Katie, no regrets at all.
We are coming up on 4 months Fulltiming next week.

We have been married for 36 years and both of us have camped and taken some extended vacations / trips over the years so we kinda knew what we were getting into.

My wife was still not sure of the "Fulltiming" thing but I kept nudging her along.
I think women are more the "Nesting" type than men.
After many years of marriage I have learned to keep my mouth shut and listen.
After a few months of Fulltiming my wife said, this is great and I am really glad we did this!
That was all I needed to hear.

Still I think that Fulltiming is not for everyone, we have a lot of our friends and associates that do not understand and ask us, how do we do it?
We tell them it is wonderful lifestyle and it works for us.

Rob, "shut up and listen" has worked for me for about 40 years now, I think?
