I just got back from a WNY <-> FL round trip and the I4 near orlando was probably the worst section road of the entire trip. It is part way through a multi-year project and is very twisty with lane changes and uneven. It was intense enough that my medicine cabinet contents did not remain in the medicine cabinet and that is the only time that happened in the entire 3200 mile trip.
Traffic wise it was busy but mostly moving along at the speed limit - this was Sunday afternoon March 31st 2019.
On my return north I chose to avoid it and the trip was much smoother.
