Hi, has anyone stayed there? Looks nice but dw saw that it appears to be dirt sites and roads not good too dusty.like that the rail trail is behind it..

We haven't stayed there, but have driven through. Your DW is right, it's dirt roads, and also fairly tight. As I recall it was also primarily seasonal.

We've stayed at Bay View Campground a few times and it isn't bad, though a lot further up the cape from Atlantic Oaks. There are a TON of seasonal at Bay View as well, but for the most part the seasonal and transient sites are in different areas of the campground.

thanks, we drove thru ALANTIC OAKS today, you are correct tight sites and dirt/gravel. DW not thrilled, that means no to camp there.

Good morning - We stayed there this summer for a week - we have a 42 foot FW - no issue with driving through the campground or our site - It was sand but very clean. Staff is excellent

It's more sand than dirt.. it IS at the National Seashore after all. I have a seasonal site at their sister campground, 'Shady Knoll' in Brewster on the cape. It's more woody type sites than AO. 5th year there! Both of their campgrounds have excellent staffing.
