Best RV Weekend Ever!!

Ok, well it was only our 2nd rv trip ever, but we found this great spot and had a great site!
It was at Murphys Camping on the Ocean, on the Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia.
Our RV neighbours went with us, and we had 2 sites together that were completely wooded that backed on the Atlantic Ocean. They backed into the site, we drove in. So both trailers faced each other.
We had a wonderful Campfire, where the pit was on the side of a large boulder. We we're able to put a TV (an older one) on top of the boulder and watch the NHL Finals while we sat around the Campfire on Friday Night. The Saturday, I kayaked most of the day, taking everyone out in our group so they could try it. My Wife and I got a great paddle in late Saturday afternoon. The Lobster lovers then had a great feast of Lobster!!

All in all a great weekend, concerned that the rest won't live up to this one ;-(

I've attached a couple pics of our 22fb, and the Campfire. Here's a link to my facebook pics.

Wow, hard to beat a campout on the eastern shore, kayaking, and campfire at night! But I bet you'll do it!

Waterfront sites are always great. Lobster? No crabs?

I think the one your asking about in the picture is Kassie. She's a Bichon frise/Shij Tzu mix. We also have Kramer (black & white Shih Tzu).
Our RV friends have two dogs as well, Caesar (poodle) & Abby (Golden Retriever).

If you check out the facebook pics you'll see our two Kayaking.

We actually watched them pull lobster traps from our campsite.
Also, we paddled by many lobster buoys while we kayaked around the harbour/cove.

Sorry Crabman, but Crab is nowhere near as popular in this neck of the woods ;-(

You know camping is like anything else. Some trips are diamonds and some trips are gold. The way I look at it is a bad day of camping beats a good day at werk any day. The bad times make the good times sweeter.

O incedently since I retired last year I have removed the word "Werk" from my vocabulary. I can't even spell it right any more. Actually don't try.

Happy camping
