We liked Campshor on the River Though they had a band come in on Saturday night that we didn't expect. Bit hard to get to sleep when the band's playing till 1am...

Took a look at http://www.littlefarmresort.com/ while we were at Campshore. Bit to packed in for our tastes.

We are going to a state park called O'bannon woods near Corydon this weekend. Looking at a map it appears to be on the Ohio, but sites aren't on the river. It will be our first time there so can't give you much of a review yet.

We stayed at Two Rivers in Carrollton KY just about 500 feet from the intersection of the Ohio and Kentucky Rivers.

Its a municipal RV park. No entertainment no pool and very spotless with full hookups no cable. $20 a night.

O'bannon woods is a good choice, the sites are not on the river but you can drive down to it. I live about 10 miles from there so if you have any ??? Shoot me a message. Also Horseshoe Bend in Leavenworth In is on the river, I have friends that camp there and really like it.
