Does anyone know of campgrounds on the Mississippi River south of Memphis, TN. Appreciate any information.

Not me, but we recently stayed right on the river across from Memphis in West Memphis in Tom Sawyer's campground. We liked it, and would stay there again. Reasonable rates.

I’ve stayed at Tom Sawyer’s also and I agree with Siamese. It’s on the river and watching the barge traffic is interesting. Access to Memphis is easy.
