CAG, I respectfully disagree. The folks that we have seen over the last couple of years have been honorable and obided by the rules of the different facilities we have visited. Almost all of the rv parks were heavily populated by patrons that were closer to my age (senior).

My observation was from the report from RV park owners. I suspect they have a better view than we. Interestingly seniors seem to be the worst. Living on “ fixed incomes” and trying to save a penny.

Where ever you stay can give you a roll of quarters to do laundry at their facilities. I have found most are antique and I go to a regular laundromat because I find the newer machines are most gentle on clothes and faster. IMO I have no laundry machines at my house. I use the laundromat. In out done in under an hour. I have found that every time I go to a campground laundromat I am waiting. So I go to one outside the facilities and no waiting. IMO good luck O BTW I did hear in Indiana some do take credit cards. No kidding.

Nothing in your first post indicated that your post was from park owners. And what is the source of your statement that "seniors seem to be the worst"? Since I stated in my post that I am a senior, your comment is insulting.

In Canada it usually costs 3 loonies to do a load. We are going to the US this summer and I am wondering if you are using quarters how many do you need for a load?
I was at a private campground in South Carolina, two weeks ago. It cost me $2.00 USD for a washing machine, and $1.50 for a dryer. The washing machine took 35 minutes. I pulled my clothes from the dryer around 45 minutes, but there was time remaining.

My local car wash has a change machine that can change $1, 5, or 10 dollar bills.
There was a change machine that converted $1 bills to quarters.
