Not sure what is open in Marin County. I know Petaluma KOA is open (we are staying there in a few days). Petaluma isn't too far from Mill Valley, 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic.

X2 , I always stay at that KOA for my visits to the Frisco area, it’s clean and a very orderly camp ground.

This is the only one near Mill Valley I have used it is good and just up 101, if you ever watch the older Keep Your Daydream they stayed in a campground closer to Mill Valley it is about 12:30 minutes in to the video

the park is https://www.marinrvpark.com/

It is very close to Mill Valley, however I have not stayed here so I do not know what it is like.

Stayed at the Marin RV park in July 2018. Clean, felt safe, short walk to the Larkspur ferry terminal to get into San Francisco.

Sites are very narrow, you can’t extend the awning. Expensive for us at $100/night but it was located in the right place for what we wanted

We stayed at Marin and appreciated the nearby Ferry facilities which we used a few times.

Folks, I have lived about 100 miles east of San Francisco for over 60 years. The closest I will camp is about 75 miles north of San Francisco. I haven’t visited the city in about 10 years. I will probably not again in my life. I’m sure their are some really good people and places in the city, but if you don’t know where your going it’s just not a safe place to be. I’m sorry if I made some of my fellow Californians mad, but that is my option.
