Camping Northern California or Southern Oregon?

We are trying to plan a camping trip for thanksgiving and would like some recommendations on were to stay.We are looking for a full hookup site in Northern California or Southern Oregon. Not picky can be beach or mountains, but would like to have some space between sites.

You might want to look in this forum's COMMUNITY section for people note there campgrounds by locale. In Northern California: Livermore Del Valle Regional Park has full hook-ups and lots of space - easy in/out; VERY quiet but absolutely no cell reception. Most of the California State Parks do not provide full hook-ups and can be hard to book (ReserveAmerica); however Seacliff State Beach is one of the few with full hook-ups - in a parking lot layout with no picnic tables or firepits. Check-out Campsite Photos to see what you are getting into.

Turtle Rock RV Resort in Gold Beach Oregon is pretty nice. Some spots have space and some don't. Good cell reception. WiFi is "ok".

Elk County RV Resort and Campground in Northern CA was nice as well when we came through the area. Very close to the redwoods, fair cell reception, ok wifi.

Harris Beach State Park is also quite nice as well. It's near Brookings, OR.
