Cape cod

We are going to spend our anniversary in Massachusetts this spring,we camp st Notmandy farms which is a beautiful place to stay. My wife wants to go to Cape Cod for the day to do shops and the shore, the cape is a big place, has anyone been to an area that was nice to spend the day? I would really appreciate any feedback thanks Howard

End towards Provincetown..Cape Cod National Seashore. Your campground is not very close however.

Shopping? Along 6A.. get off 6.

We visited the Falmouth area a couple of times. It's been almost 20 years ago now so I'm sure that many things have changed. We really enjoyed it there.

we stay at Normandy Farms our son lives 30 minutes from the resort. We also stay at sun outdoors in East Falmouth. The East Falmouth are is nice there are shops and restaurants and you can visit Woods Hole . Its probably a 40 Min Drive from Normandy

X2 on Normandy Farms. It's a great resort run by great people.

Why not stay on the Cape? We love Atlantic Oaks in Eastham, at the "elbow" -- small park, few amenities but very quiet and run by a nice family, and it's right next to Rail Trail, close to CC National Seashore, beaches, 20 minutes to Chatham, ~1/2 hr to P-town or Hyannis. We spend weeks there each Spring and late summer (we won't spend time on the Cape during vacation season-- no thanks!) Plenty to do in the area -- beaches, museums, ferry to the Islands, fishing, shopping, if that's your thing, seafood... man, we can't wait to get back in mid-May.
