Factory (campground)

Can anyone recommend a decent campground close to the factory? I thought I saw something posted before. But trying to find it is another thing.

There's a KOA in Middlebury. Are you going for service? If so they have several W/E hookups and a dump station at the service center. Shipshewana N CG is East of the factory (7 miles). Also Elkhart CG is a good place to stay too, but its 15 miles.

Yes, I'm going in for warranty service. I picked that KOA up on the search engine but wanted to make sure it's decent. Going next month. The unit has a lot of work to be done so I was going to drop and run. But the family wants to do the tour also. So doing the planning. Only really need to be out of the way with electric to get by. Can't use the kitchen slide anyways. So it sounds like it may be worth asking Jayco if I can plug in there for a night.

Also there is a Hampton Inn right across the street from the factory.

Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel in Middlebury, Indiana

Thanks for that info. That may be a better option. Were 7hrs. away so we may just do a drive through the night. Service is open at 6am. Do the tour and then hit the Hampton.

To me the best donuts are made with Potato Flower and when I lived in Rochester, NY.many many years ago my dad would drive for miles for coffee & donuts.
