And only a short drive to Yellowstone National Park. We stayed at Jackson Lake Lodge a few years ago and watched moose from the terrace. Took a float trip down the Snake River that afforded us a chance to see bald eagles. Jackson Hole has a really neat museum and lots of places to eat and shop.
