This place is on our wish list. Don't think I've ever heard a negative comment about the experience.

All I can say is, "if you have a bad time it's your own fault".

I agree 1000%. We are relatively new to RVing, but my family has been staying at the Fort for over 30 years. First in the Disney trailers, then the cabins and now in our Greyhawk 29 MV. It's the best place on earth for the kiddies and the adults. We have been going at least 3 time a year for a long time. It's good clean fun and BTW either bring a golf, or rent one it's a must to fully enjoy the expanse of place and visit with fellow RVers. Have a magical time.

Depends on what you are after. 1200 is close to the pool, 400 is close to the Marina. There really isn't a "bad" loop in the FORT. We've spent short stints in 1200, 1 or 2 weeks. but when we wintered there (3-4 months) we prefered 400.

Your trailer looks similar to ours 26 bunk house. Do you only have one AC and if so was it enough to stay cool at Disney in july?

Jay Flight 26bh with one 13.5k AC. It definitely stays cool inside especially since most sites at the Fort offer some shade. The real test was the 2 nites we stayed at Gamble Roger's state park directly on the beach without shade at all and the AC still kept us cool. During the day around 75 and at night easily under 72.

Thank you. That is encouraging. We are booked for next July.
We have the 15k BTU ac. I made a few reflectix solar shades and between those and the ac, we got cold in the camper on our Texas hill country trip in late June. Glad to hear the AC should be able to keep up at Disney in July.

Must be great going in September. Probably not as crowded as going in July!

I wish we could go at a different time also. We both teach, so we can only go when school is out.

We've been there in July and October. Night and day as far as the heat and the crowds.
