Greater Seattle area

Hi folks. We're in the process of planning our summer travels and trying to figure out what RV parks are worth while to stay at while we are in the Seattle area.
It's just the two of us and our German shepherd. We are open to parks within 60 miles or so from Seattle. We would prefer parks that do not require a ferry ride to get into the city. We do need full hookups.
Would love to hear what parks you have stayed at, and what you liked or disliked about them. If you have pictures of the park(s), that would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Look into Deception Pass Park, on Whidbey Island. There is a bridge at the north end so no ferry.

Thanks for the tips folks! Edd, I like the idea of staying at Deception Pass state park. We drove that route a few years back on our way up to B.C. What an amazing place. We stopped there on the north side of the bridge and admired the views. It was mesmerizing to watch the water moving back and forth through the pass. We just might stay there for a few days and do some exploring. We're are going to book a week at Blue Sky RV park in Issaquah. It looks really nice on the interweb and has good reviews on yelp. Wags, thanks for the heads up on the KOA there. We'll be sure to steer clear of that park.

No problem, I lived there 25 years and still appreciate the view.
